Questions before you print

Do I need a colour printer?
No. The ink-saver versions work in black and white, with white backgrounds and drawings to colour. You can also have the PDFs printed at a local print shop.
Will it work for children of different ages?
Yes. The calendar has variations for Little ones (3–5) and Big kids (6–9). The games have adaptations and suggested ages. The escape game is for ages 6–10, with two levels per puzzle. Print pages for all your children.
What if we start after 1 December?
Start with Day 1, follow the remaining dates or choose your favourite activities. A calendar page explains how to start part-way through. There is no need to catch up.
What materials will we need?
A4 paper, pencils, scissors, glue or sticky tape, plus household items and ingredients listed on each sheet. The escape game also needs 3 envelopes and a shoebox. The elf figure is not included; a small soft toy works.
Can I use it in my classroom?
Yes. Print the kits for your family and your own classroom as often as needed. The escape game includes team-play instructions. You cannot share the files online or resell them.
How do I receive it?
Your download links arrive by email immediately after payment. Check your spam folder if the message is missing. Need help? Email hello@merrylittledecember.com.
Is this a book or a PDF?
These are English-language PDF files to print single-sided on A4. No book, materials or physical items are posted. You can reprint the pages for your family and classroom each year.
Is the elf linked to a branded elf tradition?
No. This is our own generic Christmas elf, with no link to any brand. Choose its name and use a small soft toy. It makes gentle mischief and leaves kindness missions; it never spies, threatens or reports to Santa.
What if the pack isn't right for us?
Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. Contact hello@merrylittledecember.com. See our money-back guarantee and withdrawal information.
